Attesting services - Ratification of Contracts

The Commercial Notary Public Office No. 31 offers the service of Ratification of Commercial Contracts whether the parties sign it in private and afterwards appear before the Commercial Notary Public in order to ratify their signatures or the Commercial Notary Public may prepare the commercial contract and the parties sign it before him.

At the time of ratification or signature before the Commercial Notary Public, the contract becomes a public deed by which it becomes a writ of execution in accordance with the Code of Commerce and its enforcement can be requested through a Commercial Executory Process in order to seize goods from the debtor.

The most common contracts ratified by our Firm are machinery and equipment or financing credit contracts, leasing contracts, factoring contracts, among others.
