Authority:

  • Granted by the Federal Executive Branch by the Ministry of Economy
  • Granted by the State Executive Branch by the Governor of the State of Nuevo Leon

Companies:

  • Can act only in Commercial (Sociedad Anónima, Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada, etc.) and Agrarian Companies
  • Can grant powers of attorney in Commercial and Agrarian Companies
  • Can record all kinds of shareholders’ meetings of Commercial and Agrarian Companies
  • Can act in all kinds of Civil (Sociedad Civil, Asociación Civil, etc.) or Commercial Companies
  • Can grant powers of attorney in Commercial, Civil and Agrarian companies

Real estate:
